Shipping policy
Shipping is via USPS or UPS based on your selection during checkout. We strive to get all orders out within 48 hours of receipt. This will change if we have a backorder of the precut or holidays. You should receive an automatic notification the days we ship your order.
For international shipments:
USPS First class mail is not recommended. It is slow, unreliable, and cannot be refunded.
USPS First Class mail cannot be investigated for a claim or refund once it leaves the USA. If the shipment is lost there are no refunds. To ensure delivery or recourse you must choose a better service such as UPS or Priority Mail Expedited.
GAK9 is not responsible for customs or duty fees in any location. The buyer is responsible for any and all taxes for any GAK9 purchase.
